NAMC NorCal Welcomes Amir Jenkins, CEO of Construction Containment Services

After serving as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, Amir Jenkins founded Construction Containment Services (5DCCS) to bring a higher standard of professionalism and environmental responsibility to active construction environments.

As a U.S. Navy Veteran and Black Founder, Amir built the company around discipline, responsiveness, and service; values that continue to shape every project and customer interaction. Construction Containment Services specializes in modular temporary wall systems that help contractors and facility teams complete renovations in occupied spaces without shutting operations down. Instead of relying on disposable drywall and plastic sheeting, 5DCCS provides reusable containment systems that control dust, debris, and noise while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

Founded in June 2024, 5DCCS has supported projects such as Webcor’s work at Oakland Airport, a California Highway Patrol Station in Napa, and a laboratory renovation in Milpitas, delivering solutions that allowed critical facilities to remain operational during construction. From healthcare and aviation to biotech and commercial environments, 5DCCS partners with general contractors and facility managers who need compliant, efficient containment in sensitive spaces.

Amir joined NAMC NorCal to actively collaborate with fellow minority contractors, support shared opportunities, and contribute to a stronger, more connected construction community in Northern California.
